SallySTEVENSSTEVENS - SALLY. Ann, David and the Family of the late Sally Stevens wish to express their sincere thanks for all the cards and expressions of sympathy shown to them during their sad loss of a special and much loved Mum and Grandmother, and for all the kind donations in her memory, which have been shared between St. Tysilio Church, Corwen Health Centre and the HDU Ward at the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham. Thanks also to Rev. Heather Fenton and Rev. Margaret Harvey for their warm and compassionate funeral service and to Dowell Brothers for their sincere and efficient funeral arrangements. Also a very special thank you to all the Staff at the Corwen Health Centre, especially to Dr. Sue Hesketh for the support and care given over the last few years.
